Is it a coincidence that our favorite weekend getaways are also impeccably decorated? If it’s too cold outside, we enjoy staying inside just as much (if not more). Here are a few of our favorite hotels, which also happen to feature beautiful brass and iron beds.

**[Hotel Peter and Paul, New Orleans, LA](http://hotelpeterandpaul.com/)**

This New Orleans gem - a former school house, rectory and church -  recently underwent a four-year restoration and is perfectly decorated and steeped in history. It’s quintessential New Orleans and then some.

This 20-room hotel is classically decorated, yet fresh and modern and nestled in historic surroundings. Is it any wonder this is one of our favorite hotels?

**[Crow’s Nest, Montauk, NY ](https://www.crowsnestmtk.com/)**

This eclectic hotel, with its energizing color palette and brass accents, has a thoroughly cool vibe *and* private access to Lake Montauk.
